 FAQ Announcing Shipment to APO and FPO addresses! Allergens: Our chocolates contain a number of ingredients that could pose allergen risks. In addition to avoiding products that feature nuts, please be advised that our chocolates are made in a facility that handles peanuts, tree nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, walnuts and macadamia nuts), milk and eggs. Therefore if you have allergies to any of the aforementioned products, it is highly recommended not to purchase our products. Ordering and Shipment: - Orders placed after 3:00pm CST, will not be shipped until the following business day.
- Orders received on Sunday and Monday will be processed on Tuesday for shipment on Wednesday.
- Once a shipment leaves our facility, factors beyond our control may result in your order arriving at its destination either sooner or later than expected.
- Delivery is available in the U.S. only, and quoted rates are for the 48 contiguous states.
- Additional charges apply for shipping to multiple locations with a single order.
- Shipping charges are subject to change and may be subject to sales tax in some states.
- La Parisianne du Chocolat is not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly. Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
- La Parisianne du Chocolat is unable to ship to PO Boxes
- La Parisianne du Chocolat is unable to deliver on Mondays. This will ensure your chocolates are not left sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
- La Parisianne du Chocolat is closed and cannot ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the day after Thanksgiving) and Christmas Day (and in some cases Christmas Eve or the day after Christmas).
- All of our chocolates are handmade.
- We do not offer sugar-free products, at the present time.
- We do not offer vegan products.
- We do not offer Kosher products, at the present time.
- We offer gift cards.
- A number of our truffles do incorporate liqueurs or other alcohol products, although at levels that are low enough for safe and legal consumption by minors
