I created the chocolate delight from my mom's sweet potato pie recipe. Thanksgiving was her favorite time of year and sweet potato pie was her specialty. All the rich spices, real butter, cream and milk chocolate made this delight a true crowd pleasure and a winner of the judges during the World of Chocolate 2009 AIDS Foundation in Chicago.
