What types of payment do we take?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & regular PayPal payments. We also have the capability of invoicing you for your purchase. Please note, once all payments have been cleared we will process your order.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. When you check out, you can push the “I don’t have a PayPal account” instead of signing into PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account use it - simple and easy checkout !
Shipment and Delivery:
We now ship to APO and FPO addresses
All APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS
Delivery Charges for Chicago orders is no longer waived

All items are shipped within 1-2 business days of payment. If you need your order faster, please send us a message and we will make every effort to accommodate your request

Winter Shipping Policies (November 1 – May 31)
Standard shipping during these months is 3 Day ground delivery, with standard shipments leaving Chicago, Illinois. Monday through Wednesday. You may request 2nd Day shipments leave our facility on Thursdays and Next Day deliveries leave on Fridays, but such shipments will require a Saturday delivery fee and additional overnight delivery fees for next day.
Summer Shipping Policies (April 1 – October 31)
During warm weather conditions, La Parisianne du Chocolat takes extra precautions, to ensure your chocolates arrive fresh, we packagte them using insulated shipping boxes containing frozen gel packs. We only ship Monday - Wednesday to gurantee delivery by Friday. We do not ship on Friday, Saturday, Sunday for Monday arrivals. You may request Next Day shipments leave our facility on Fridays, but such shipments will require next day delivery charge fee.
Please Note:
We are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control, and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.
